Orlando Hale
Co-Founder, Lead Consultant
Orlando Hale Sr. is a seasoned community leader, facilitator, and advocate dedicated to strengthening the networks that support young people and their communities. He currently serves as Co-Founder of Centers for Restoration and Collective Impact, Executive Pastor of The Well Church in Cincinnati, and Chaplain for Hamilton County Juvenile Court. Through these roles, Orlando works at the intersection of faith, community engagement, and youth development building partnerships among churches, nonprofits, schools, and public systems to create stronger support structures for youth and families.
Previously, Orlando served as the Cincinnati Community Coordinator for National Network of Youth Ministries, where he helped unite faith-based organizations and community partners around collaborative strategies that improve outcomes for teenagers. In that role he trained and supported local leaders, equipping them with practical tools to build sustainable partnerships and shift from competition to cooperation. His facilitation style emphasizes relationship-building, shared vision, and creating spaces where diverse voices can align around common goals and collective action.
Across his ministry and community leadership, Orlando is known for empowering leaders and organizations to work together toward lasting impact. As a speaker, trainer, and mentor, he encourages individuals and groups to move beyond good intentions to measurable results that strengthen communities. Grounded in faith and driven by a deep belief in the potential of every young person, Orlando continues to cultivate collaborative environments where youth, families, and leaders can thrive together.
Charla Hale
Co-Founder, Lead Consultant
Charla Hale is a Cincinnati native and public service leader with deep expertise at the intersection of public policy, equity, and community systems change. She holds a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics & the Public from Xavier University and an M.A. in Private Interest, Public Good, with minors in Gender & Diversity and Peace & Justice Studies. Charla began her career as a City of Hamilton Fellow and Butler County Prevention Coalition Coordinator, building partnerships that strengthened community health, youth development, and prevention initiatives across the region.
Throughout her career, Charla has led cross-sector initiatives spanning education, healthcare, and community engagement. She served as the inaugural Director of Racial Justice at YWCA Hamilton, where she led collaborative efforts to advance equity and launched the Greater Hamilton Coalition Against Hate. She later served as President & CEO of Healthy Moms & Babes, guiding the organization’s work to improve maternal and infant health outcomes while strengthening community partnerships.
Today, Charla is the co-founder of Centers for Restoration and Collective Impact and a national trainer with Search Institute, where she provides professional development, facilitation, and coaching on youth development, asset-based frameworks, family engagement, and equitable systems change. Through her work, she supports organizations across the country in building stronger systems, developing effective programs, and creating inclusive communities where young people and families can thrive.
