The Centers for Collective Impact and Community Innovation (CCICI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening communities by helping people and organizations work together to address complex social, educational, economic, and civic challenges.
CCICI creates spaces for collaboration, builds the capacity of community leaders and organizations, and develops innovative approaches that turn community knowledge into sustainable solutions.
Our Mission
To strengthen communities by advancing collaborative, innovative, and community-centered solutions that build organizational capacity, expand opportunity, and create lasting public impact.
We accomplish this through education, training, technical assistance, research, community engagement, leadership development, program innovation, and cross-sector partnership building.
Our Vision
We envision communities where residents, organizations, institutions, and leaders have the knowledge, relationships, resources, and capacity to collectively create solutions to the challenges that affect their lives.
CCICI works toward a future where meaningful community change is not dependent on a single organization, program, or leader, but is supported by strong networks, shared learning, local leadership, and sustainable systems.

The Centers for Collective Impact and Community Innovation and Centers for Restoration and Collective Impact, LLC (CRCI) share a commitment to strengthening organizations, communities, and systems.
While the organizations are aligned around a common belief in collaboration, capacity building, and community-centered change, they serve different purposes.
CCICI is a nonprofit organization focused on charitable and educational initiatives that create public and community benefit.
CRCI is a for-profit consulting firm that provides professional consulting, training, evaluation, strategy, technical assistance, and related services to organizations and institutions.
Maintaining distinct organizational structures allows each entity to contribute to community change in different but complementary ways.
