Dr. Bryan Hale

Dr. Bryan D. Hale is a veteran educator with more than 20 years of experience serving marginalized students across urban, suburban, and rural K–12 schools. A teacher, administrator, researcher, and wellness advocate, he champions equitable, whole-child education through educator leadership, strong school–community partnerships, and family engagement. He is President and CEO of United Educational Consulting and an Education Program Specialist with the U.S. Department of Education.

Rev. Steven Garrett

Rev. Steven Garrett is a leadership strategist, speaker, and senior pastor of Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church in Phenix City, Alabama. With more than a decade of leadership experience, he helps pastors, nonprofit leaders, and organizations navigate conflict, develop healthy teams, and build sustainable leadership cultures. He is the host of The Pulpit View Podcast and serves as a Fatherhood Coordinator for the Gift of Life Foundation, strengthening families and communities across Alabama.

Christina Garrett

Christina Garrett is an executive coach, leadership consultant, and Founder of The Momathon Organization, a minority-owned executive coaching and wellness
development firm. She partners with organizations and institutions seeking to strengthen leadership performance, workplace culture, and sustainable productivity. Her lived
leadership informs her strategic approach, equipping professionals with practical
systems for time management, communication alignment, and capacity management
across both organizational and home environments.

Jeremiah Pennebaker

Jeremiah Pennebaker is a public affairs professional and community advocate dedicated to uplifting marginalized communities and driving equitable change. Rooted in the belief that collaborative problem-solving and authentic relationship-building are the cornerstones of lasting impact, Jeremiah has built a career around connecting people, resources, and opportunities. Known for his strengths in strategic partnerships, capacity building, and interpersonal engagement, Jeremiah excels at bringing together diverse stakeholders around shared goals.

Pastor Brandon Woodard Sr.

Pastor Brandon Woodard Sr. is a native of Cincinnati’s Lincoln Heights community. He holds a B.S. from The Ohio State University and an M.Div. from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary, and brings more than fifteen years of pastoral and nonprofit leadership experience. He currently serves as the senior pastor of River of Life church. Brandon has authored several devotionals and spiritual formation resources, and has helped develop programs such as Pathways Academy, an online education initiative serving justice-impacted individuals across the country.

Stan Elder

Stan Elder serves nationally as a Ministry Director with the National Network of Youth Ministries. He is passionate about uniting Christ-followers across churches, ministries, and communities so that every teenager can see and hear the story of Jesus. Stan has a heart for collaboration and helping leaders work together to reach the next generation. He is committed to equipping and encouraging youth leaders, pastors, and volunteers in their mission to make disciples. Stan lives in the Cincinnati area and continues to invest in the local church while serving ministries across the country.

Diamond Brown

Diamond Brown (she/her) is a Cleveland native who has a passion for cultivating community and creating systems of support for historically marginalized communities. She is an experienced leader with 7+ years in the higher education field. Her passion for creating change and building networks of support and community through the lens of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility, Belonging, and Justice led her to work in higher education with a focus on retention. Her approach to work is intentional, creative, collaborative, and heartfelt. She aims to support students in establishing and maintaining a sense of belonging, building community, and building a foundation for overall success.
