Our Focus Areas

  • The Juvenile Court system faces a plethora of challenges and barriers both for families and systems leaders. Our experience encompasses supporting programming for adjudicated youth, partnership strategy and alignment for court systems and training development.

  • Faith communities are organizations with a mission and vision, but they often struggle to build systems and participated fully in collective impact work. We support faith communities who want to transform their neighborhoods through programming design and support.

  • Non-profits of all sizes need support that may not be full time staff. Whether that is strategic planning, program design or grant writing, we offer various solutions to help organizations stay mission-focused.

  • We support educational institutions in developing and maintaining resource partnerships within their community, facilitating organizational culture support and more.

  • Systems leaders and funders have a incredible influence on social services. Our goal is to support this partners in seeing that influence and investment executed well. We provide management, technical assistance and training for sub-grantees, and contractors to ensure vision and execution are aligned.
